A few weeks a go The organisers at Sounds From The Other City asked OneFiveEight to design and paint the hoarding of a Building Being Demolished by New Bailey in Salford. The Brief was to create an eye catching, bold and colourful design that would make people more aware of what was going on at the New Bailey Development and also to promote a cultral and comunity vibe in the area. The building that is being demolished is a little bit of an eye saw and will be replaced by a new gateway building that will connect Manchestwer and Salford.
We Really enjoyed Painting the Massive 8 x 150′ board and would like to thank Sounds From The Other City asking us to be apart of this amazing festival.
As well as painting this mural, OneFiveEight DJ’s Will be playing in the court yard at Islington Mill for the second year running. We are really looking forward to being there again.
